American Indian Heritage Month

Monday, November 3, 11:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m., Goins Building College Center
Featuring Arvel Bird, a violinist and Native American flutist, this event spotlights American Indian cultures with food, music, arts, and crafts.

 

Caribbean Carnival

Thursday, February 26, 6-8 p.m., Goins Building College Center
Originating in the islands of the Caribbean, the Carnival is based on folklore, culture, religion and tradition. This event celebrates the rich island culture with calypso music, dance, food and fun.

 

Eighth Annual Festival of Cultures

Friday, April 10, 4:00-8:30 p.m., J.L. Goins Administration Building
Truly a participatory event! Dance to music, sample foods from a diversity of nations and meet new friends during this multicultural celebration.
