The Robber Bridegroom

November 1, 2 and 8, 9; 7:30 p.m.
November 3 and 10, 2:00 p.m.

Broadway’s hit bluegrass musical comes to East Tennessee on the Pellissippi State stage. This rowdy Southern fairy tale set in 18th-century Mississippi is sure to delight with its distinctive, yet familiar sound.

Junie B. in Jingle Bells, Batman Smells!
by Allison Gregory

December 13, 7:30 p.m.
December 14, 2:00 and 7:30 p.m.

A co-production with our friends at The WordPlayers, this could be considered “the world’s funniest first-grader onstage for Christmas.” Share the holiday fun in this adaptation of Barbara Park’s Junie B. Jones books.

Spring 2014

Freedom Circus

February 21 and 22, 7:30 p.m.
February 23, 2:00 p.m.

Admission is free, donations are accepted.

Unnecessary Farce

April 4, 5 and 11, 12; 7:30 p.m.
April 6 and 13, 2:00 p.m.

Can Billie be saved before Todd plays the bagpipes? Can the cops capture the crooks without resorting to “Unnecessary Farce”? That should be enough to explain why this has been described as “America’s funniest modern farce.”
