As always, the Pellissippi State Hot Air Balloon Festival has a full slate of entertainment. There's live music ranging from bluegrass to country to funky soul sounds, a talking bird, athletic dogs, cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs… It's a full weekend of variety topped off each evening by the balloon glow.
