The social web is the most revolutionary marketing development since the radio. While this new channel has undeniable business benefits, it can also be frustrating, overwhelming and time-consuming for the newcomer. This three-part workshop will unravel the mysteries of social media and help you develop an effective strategy for your business. Special focus will be placed on using Twitter as a business marketing channel. With the class you will have the opportunity to set-up a new account or modify one you already have, discussions and problem-solving.
