If you are graduating from high school in 2018, or are considering attending college next year, you are invited to attend Pellissippi State Community College’s fall open house from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Nov. 8.

The open house is free to attend. It will be held in the Goins Administration Building College Center, 10915 Hardin Valley Road. Although the event is free, please RSVP at www.pstcc.edu/prsvp.

Attendees are invited to bring their parents, guardians or spouses. Take a self-guided tour of campus and meet with representatives from Admissions, Financial Aid and various academic departments. An additional special information session on Reconnect Now will be offered for interested students.

Reconnect Now is a last-dollar scholarship at Pellissippi State this academic year, which covers the cost of tuition and mandatory fees for qualified adults. Reconnect Now students who qualify for Tennessee Reconnect, the state’s version of the scholarship, will roll into that program when it launches in fall 2018.

The open house also will feature a performance by Pellissippi State’s bluegrass band, Hardin Valley Thunder, and light refreshments prepared by Pellissippi State Culinary Arts students. The Pellissippi State Foundation will award a $250 scholarship to two open house attendees, who will be chosen by random drawing.

For more information about Pellissippi State, visit www.pstcc.edu or call 865-694-6400. To request accommodations for a disability for one of these classes, call 865-539-7401 or email accommodations@pstcc.edu.
