If you’re one of the many people looking for a full- or part-time job, you know how time consuming and frustrating it can be. Make the job search easier by attending the Spring Into Your Future! Job Fair 2011.
The free event, sponsored by the Heart of Knoxville Career and Resource Center and Pellissippi State Community College, is set to take place April 6 at the college’s Magnolia Avenue Campus, 160l E. Magnolia Ave., 10 a.m.-1 p.m. The Career Center is located at the Magnolia Avenue Campus.
The job fair promises to be one of the biggest yet, with a number of full-time, part-time and seasonal positions available in such areas as business and technology, sales, customer and financial services, health care, food service, and the skilled trades.
Since 2002, the Career Center has provided workforce development services—job postings and referral services, applicant screening, resume and cover letter assistance, and employment skills workshops—to connect employers and job seekers.
