Get help choosing a career at free Pellissippi State workshop

Deciding what career to pursue can be stressful—whether you’re an 18-year-old thinking about entering a first-time career or a 50-year-old seeking a mid-life career change.

Pellissippi State Community College can help you make the right decisions by providing a free Career Skillshop through Counseling Services. The workshop is offered at the Pellissippi Campus, 10915 Hardin Valley Road, on two different dates:

  • Wednesday, July 13
  • Wednesday, Aug. 10

Both sessions are 3-4 p.m. in Room 225B, Goins Administration Building. By letting us help identify your skills and talents, you can more easily choose the right career path and the right college major.

For more information, contact Kathleen Douthat, a counselor at Pellissippi State, at (865) 539-7293.
