“It’s who you know that counts.” It’s an adage that is often true for those searching for employment. Learn how to put the “who you know” to best use in your job search during a free seminar at Pellissippi State Community College on Nov. 15.
“Network Your Way Into the Job You Want” is presented by Celia Smith of Express Employment Professionals. Smith will teach attendees how to use networking avenues to help them get a job. The event, which is open to the public, is sponsored by Pellissippi State’s Alumni Association and Placement Office.
The one-hour seminar begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Goins Building Auditorium on the Pellissippi Campus, 10915 Hardin Valley Road. Ample free parking is available. Refreshments will be provided.
