Registration begins for spring classes at Pellissippi State

The spring 2012 semester at Pellissippi State Community College gets under way on Jan. 12, and students can begin to register for classes starting today.

Prospective students who have not yet applied can speak with an admissions representative during regular hours, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Evening hours are available beginning on Nov. 14, when the admissions office at the Pellissippi Campus stays open until 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday (with the exception of select dates). Pellissippi State has three campus locations in Knox County and one in Blount County:

  • Pellissippi Campus, 10915 Hardin Valley Road
  • Division Street Campus, 3435 Division St.
  • Magnolia Avenue Campus, 1610 E. Magnolia Ave.
  • Blount County Campus, 2731 W. Lamar Alexander Pkwy.

Students who are in their third semester at Pellissippi State or who already have been admitted and spoken with an advisor can register online at www.pstcc.edu/admissions.

As of fall 2011, students must now show proof of receiving two doses of the chicken pox vaccine.

The financial aid priority deadline is Nov. 29. The deadline for spring 2012 semester application and registration is Jan. 5. For additional information, visit www.pstcc.edu/admissions or call (865) 694-6400.
