The Brand Book is your one-stop shop for information about using the brand to uphold Pellissippi State’s integrity and reputation. As we all know, people respect and support brands they trust. The job of Marketing and Communications is to present the College’s brand — its market identity — in a way that is consistent, professional, clear and accurate. Succeeding in that leads to recognition, then to customer trust and confidence, and ultimately to brand loyalty. And, of course, that’s what we all want.
The Brand Book includes most of what you need to know about Pellissippi State’s professional branding guidelines. Your cooperation in helping us meet those guidelines will ensure that the College’s brand — like the College itself — continues to be one of which we are all proud. The Brand Book is also filled with information about Pellissippi State’s name, history, mission, academic banners, seal, and much more.
Beginning this semester, Marketing and Communications unveils significant changes to its policies and procedures. The changes are intended to help us operate more efficiently and effectively for everyone. The revised policies and procedures cover things like how to request design and printed materials, how to access and correctly use Pellissippi State’s logo, how to handle copyrighted material, how to get the most from social media, and how to use the College’s website.
