Blount County Center ERC - Library  Blount County Center Fall 2009 ERC Hours:      Monday through Thursday        8:00am – 7:30pm     Friday                                       8:00am - 4:00pm We want to welcome each student and encourage all our students in their pursuit of knowledge.  It is our desire to serve.  Never be afraid of the unknown! Use the PSTCC Online Catalog to locate over 60,000 volumes, 50,000+ ebooks, and 300 current periodicals. Any of the library assistants will be happy to help you locate research materials using several databases, such as Academic OneFile, Literature Resource Center, Access Science, BusinessDecision, LexisNexis, Discovering Collection, and more!  All students and faculty MUST have a valid student PSTCC ID in order to request or check out materials. You can pick up your student ID in the ERC the second week of the semester. At the beginning of each subsequent semester, you will need to validate your student ID in the ERC.  As a Pellissippi student attending the Blount County campus, you have borrowing privileges at Blount County Public Library regardless of the county you reside in. You will need your Pellissippi ID to request a Library card from the Blount County Library. You are also entitled to a TBR/University of Tennessee borrower's card! Ask at the library circulation desk (Room 101) for a card. In addition to this card, you will need to show a photo ID and your Pellissippi student ID. This borrower's card does not allow you to use UT's computer labs. This card expires at the end of each semester, so you will need to re-new it at the beginning of each semester.  A copier is available in the ERC. It's 10 cents per page.
