Pellissippi State sets fall New Student Orientation dates
If you are a new student to Pellissippi State Technical Community College this fall, make plans to attend one of the college’s New Student Orientation sessions.Attendance is required of all first-time freshmen.
At orientation, you will have the opportunity to meet with Pellissippi State students, faculty and staff; discuss strategies for college success; explore degree and major options; and learn about campus services and resources.
You also will have the opportunity to meet with an academic advisor and register for fall semester classes.
Orientation sessions are in the Goins Auditorium at the Pellissippi Campus on Hardin Valley Road. Sessions are offered May 17; June 7, 28; July 12, 26; and Aug. 9 and 23. They are scheduled 9:30 a.m.-2:45 p.m.
Evening sessions, 4-8:30 p.m., also are offered June 14, July 19 and Aug. 2.
