Jazz Band and Guitar Ensemble perform
Two popular student musical groups will offer an evening of jazz and guitar music to round out the college's spring semester performances. The Jazz Band and Guitar Ensemble will perform April 20 at 8 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center.The Jazz Band's portion of the concert will feature a special guest performer. Donald Brown, an associate professor of music at the University of Tennessee and an internationally renowned jazz pianist, will perform many of his own compositions.
The Guitar Ensemble will present works by Claude Debussy and Stevie Wonder and will feature solo performances by individual students within the ensemble.
