Drama club presents "The Dining Room"

Magnolia Avenue Campus Drama Club will perform “The Dining Room,” a comedy by A.R. Gurney Jr. starting at 7 p.m. on April 28. It will be in the campus’ Community Room.

"The Dining Room" is presented as a series of unrelated scenes, all of which take place around a dining room table in the home of a wealthy family. The time period shifts from scene to scene, extending from the early 1900s to the present. The ensemble cast of 27 actors, including students, faculty and staff has been working on the play since January.

The play may not be suitable for young children because of strong language, sexual innuendo and drug reference.

Admission is free, and refreshments will be served.
