Pellissippi State hosts writing workshops in July

The Knoxville Writers’ Guild and the English Department of Pellissippi State will cosponsor a series of writing workshops at the Pellissippi Campus July 11-28. Sessions will be conducted Mondays through Thursdays, 6-8 p.m.

Local writers will instruct in such topics as fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, songwriting, playwriting, screenwriting, journaling, memoir writing and self-publishing. Previous summer workshop sessions took place at the Division Street and Magnolia Avenue campuses.
