Car-buying session set for October 27

Tips on selecting a new or used car and financing the purchase will be offered at a brown bag lunch October 27.

A certified auto specialist from the UT Federal Credit Union will be available to answer questions at “Car Buying 101,” noon-1 p.m., in the Goins Auditorium.

The session will cover such topics as educating yourself on what’s available, selecting the right vehicle for your needs, obtaining financing, closing the deal and taking possession.
