The sessions are as follows:

  • Textbook Reading Skills, October 27, 4-5 p.m.
  • Improving Note-Taking Skills, October 28, noon-1 p.m.
  • Improving Your Grade Point Average, October 31, noon-1 p.m., which provides a 12-step approach to improving D’s and F’s to A’s and B’s.
  • Improving Self-Esteem, November 1, noon-1 p.m. and 4-5 p.m., which helps students identify self-defeating thoughts and behaviors and acquire strategies for building positive self-esteem.
