College plans international ‘Holiday Spectacular’ music event

Pellissippi State goes international with its eighth annual “Holiday Spectacular” on December 5. This year’s theme is “Christmas Around the World.” (more)


Pellissippi State and Carson-Newman College sign music transfer agreement

Thanks to the first-ever transfer agreement between Pellissippi State and Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Pellissippi State students completing the agreement’s requirements can now transfer with no loss of credit and enter Carson-Newman in music with junior status. (more)

The first-year project: an early success story


Annie Gray, assistant professor of English, has already seen early success come from the College’s involvement in the Foundations of Excellence in the First College Year, an effort aimed at helping first-year students succeed. (more)
