Lettuce with bacon, chives, and tomatoesThe Pellissippi State Culinary Arts Institute is the result of a unique collaboration between Pellissippi State and the University of Tennessee. In cooperation with UT Retail Hospitality and Tourism Department, the Pellissippi State program offers advantages for students in terms of instruction, location and cost.

The UT Culinary Institute offers a wide array of continuing education opportunities through its other programs, including degrees in Retail and Consumer Sciences and in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. In addition, UT offers non-credit courses in dozens of topics related to food and wine.
