|
This
is an introductory course for both the general interest student and the VPT major. It is a hands-on course covering all
aspects of low to no budget filmmaking.
Pre-production, production, post production and distribution will be
covered. By the end of the course, the
class will have collectively produced and distributed an actual film. |

In addition to the two class projects, each student
will be responsible for writing a detailed self-evaluation: detailing the
work they completed throughout the course and prepare an honest evaluation of
their strengths and weaknesses in the class.
The self-evaluation will count for 25% of the grade. The remaining 25% of the grade will be
based on the instructor evaluation.
The evaluation will factor in attendance, participation, and over all
knowledge of the material. |
