NOTES:
  • A maximum of 90 quarter hours for the bachelor of fine arts degree may be given for courses appropriate to the SCAD curriculum.
  • Only grades of at least “C” may be transferred.
  •  Each course must be worth at least three semester hours.
  • A portfolio review is required for transfer of specific studio courses during the student’s first quarter of enrollment and for final determination of transfer credit.
  • Academic advisors recommend the scheduling of two studio courses and one non-studio course each semester to avoid sequencing issues.
