The mission of the Pellissippi State Facilities Department is to provide consistent and quality maintenance, operations, custodial, and facility planning services in a customer oriented, efficient, and responsible manner for students, faculty, staff, and the community.

	Set-ups - Set-ups for events and activities		Vehicle Reservations - A list of vehicles in the fleet and information about how to use, drive, etc.
	Mail Room - Procedures, do's and don'ts, hours of operations and pickup.		Key Requests - Where to get form, signatures required, and where to pick up keys.
	Sign Request Information - Information and charges, who to contact.		Grounds - Planting restrictions and staff.
	HVAC - Hot/cold complaints, suggestions to correct problems and explaination of how systems work.		Shipping and Receiving - Procedures, hours of operation and contacts.
	Surplus Items - Procedure and forms.		Recycling Information - List materials and location of recycle bins or dumpsters.
	Staff and Contact Information - A list of employees.

During the year 2002, the Pellissippi State Facilities Department:

• Responded to over 6,000 service requests
• Responded to 148 hot/cold calls
• Completed 17 room re-configurations, including moving, adding, or removing walls
• Handled over 1,000,000 pieces of mail, and delivered more than 156 tons of freight
• Replaced over 2,700 light bulbs
• Replaced 2,672 air filters
• Spread over 7.5 tons of salt, and cleared over 159,350 square feet (3.7 acres) of sidewalk in snow removal operations
• Applied nearly 400 gallons of paint
