New Blount County Campus- Building is currently under construction. This $11.5 million project is being funded as a TBR Capital Outlay project with allocation of funds in 2009. Construction began in 2009 with completion date of Fall 2010. Magnolia Campus Infrastructure Upgrades- Four million dollars has been requested from TBR for complete renovation and upgrade of the major mechanical systems of the Magnolia Avenue campus. This would include new electrical supply and load distribution, new HVAC throughout the building, and completion of the second and third phase of the building fire sprinkler plan. Allocation of this funding is anticipated by 2009.
