Set-ups



Scheduling of On-Campus and Off-Campus Setups

The Facilities department requests that when scheduling setups you should give the department at least a two weeks notice. This will enable our department to properly schedule materials and staff needed to complete the setup. Setups should be for approved College functions only.

The following information is needed when submitting a request:

  • Diagram showing table/chair placement (forward copy to Regina McNew)
  • Contact Person
  • Setup Time & Date
  • Breakdown Time & Date
*Setups should be submitted through the Service Request.
