Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship
(TELS)
General
Eligibility Requirements:
For eligibility requirements, the
specific types of Lottery Scholarships, award amounts, GPA and ACT/SAT score
requirements, please refer to the information sheet from the Tennessee
Student Assistance Corporation website.
Application Procedures:
Complete the 2008-2009 Free Application for
Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have the information sent to Pellissippi State (Code 012693). Place
PSTCC’s school code as the 1st school code listed on your FAFSA to have
your lottery scholarship file come to PSTCC.
New Lottery Recipients: please have your high school send PTSCC a copy of
your final high school transcript. We can not award lottery
based on a partial transcript.
All Lottery Recipients: In July, use the student service pages (My
Pellissippi) to review your Financial Aid awards for the upcoming school
year. If you have problems or questions, please contact the FA office.
How to Change Your Lottery School:
- Make sure we can get a copy of your FAFSA.
Confirm that our school code is among those listed on your FAFSA.
- Complete a Request
to Change Lottery Institution Form.
- Fax this form to the TSAC fax number listed
at the bottom of the form.
- Give our office 48 hours, and contact us
back to make sure the change has been made in order for your scholarship
award to be processed.
