| October 26 | Intent to Submit Grant: Pellissippi State faculty/staff members notify Director of Access and Diversity and Director of Institutional Effectiveness, Research, and Planning (IERP) via email of intent to submit grant |
| November 20 | Submit preliminary grant proposal to the Director of IERP for review |
| November 25 | President's Staff review of proposals to select institutional grants to be submitted |
| December 1 | IERP submits grants to TBR legal review |
| December 7, 2009-January 11, 2010 | Grant submitters consult with Director of IERP on grant submissions |
| January 22, 2010 | Submit grant proposals with final edits to Director of IERP |
| February 1, 2010 | Proposal Submission due to TBR Central Office (Director of IERP will submit proposals to TBR) |
