It is the mission of the Human Resources department to anticipate, and to be responsive to the changing needs of the College and the employees who work within it; to serve as an internal advisor viewed as open-minded, fair, professional, and efficient; to recruit, develop, and retain employees who possess the skills and vision of the College; to seek the opportunity to make positive changes to compensation, benefits, and reward and recognition programs; and to provide training and development opportunities to its employees.

Additionally, many of the most commonly used forms and applications are accessible through this site. Our professional and knowledgeable staff is available to assist or explain the many options and services available to our employees.
