Mission Statement

Human Resources exists as a support service to its customer, both internal and external, dedicated to providing courteous, efficient service in compliance with Federal, State, and College regulations.

It is the mission of the Human Resources department to anticipate, and to be responsive to the changing needs of the College and the employees who work within it; to serve as an internal advisor viewed as open-minded, fair, professional, and efficient; to recruit, develop, and retain employees who possess the skills and vision of the College; to seek the opportunity to make positive changes to compensation, benefits, and reward and recognition programs; and to provide training and development opportunities to its employees.
