Business Process Analysis

Business process analysis (BPA) is a systematic approach for documenting the work flow processes in each functional area.
As Pellissippi State implements the Banner system, each functional area will be trained to document their work processes. Once mapped, the completed flow charts will be used as each component is put into production.
The Data Integrity Task Force, chaired by Sharon Yarbrough will
coordinate the BPA process with each functional area.
