Project Scheduler

The scheduler  is responsible for updating project schedules and showing both progress and now current schedule projections in relation to the baseline.  The scheduler will ascertain progress made and remaining task durations from the task owners.  The scheduler will look for opportunities to improve the schedule (shorten the remaining task duration) wherever possible as well as recognize those cases where the remaining task durations need to be extended.  The scheduler will add tasks or give greater definition to previously defined tasks.
