| Conduct Research: Overview Any research conducted at Pellissippi State or using Pellissippi State employees or students must be approved by the Director of Institutional Effectiveness, Research and Planning. Request to Conduct Survey Form -- This is an online form that faculty and staff must submit to the IR office before they conduct any survey at the College using a Pellissippi State population. It also provides a database to produce the Survey Archive. Survey Archive -- This is an inventory of surveys conducted at the College.
