As Director, Dr. Sharon Yarbrough is responsible for coordinating college-wide institutional effectiveness, strategic planning activities, and Performance Funding compliance and reporting. In addition, she determines sources of appropriate data that will be used to complete major reports for college-wide decision making, policy development, and assessment. Sharon and her staff work collaboratively to provide institutional data in a timely manner. |

As Coordinator, John Heuer designs and writes programs to extract appropriate information from the Student Information Systems (SIS) database for institutional reports. John prepares college data published in the Fact Book, and uses information management tools to support comprehensive documentation of departmental activities. |

As Technical Clerk, Susan Lovingood assists the Institutional Research and Grant Development Staff with the data maintenance process, preparation of reports and procedure documentation. She maintains the department's home page and Fact Book on the Web, looks for ways to save departmental supply costs, and helps develop standard processes to organize and improve the departmental and college workflow. |

The Research Associate assists in the preparation of institutional reports and surveys related to planning and assessment. She serves on the Banner project, including working on the migration of the Institutional Research Web site into a content management system. She analyzes data from the Fact Book and other sources, develops charts and slides used to present the material visually to others, and helps write grants. |
