Scoring Criteria
Scoring for the Enrolled Student Survey is as follows: Success is demonstrated by scoring at/above the external norm (state norm used if national norm not available) or at/above the institution's prior performance. Furthermore, if an institutional mean is above the external norm (state norm used if national norm not available) or their prior mean, they will receive a positive value for the question item. Conversely, if the score is below each of the indicators listed above, the institution will receive a negative value for the question item.
