**Equipment Checkout Procedures

The Video Production Technology program offers condensed, but intensive hands-on experience with industry standard equipment and processes. Students learn to work in a broadcast studio and on location. They use commercially popular analog and digital equipment and software including Betacam, DV Cam, Avid, ProTools, Photoshop and more.

Students are offered basic and advanced training in scriptwriting, audio recording and mixing, electronic cinematography and lighting, producing, directing, budgeting, graphics, animation, Web media, editing and computer applications.
