Mr. Sisk received his Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from State Technical Institute at Knoxville in 1976.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education from the University of Tennessee in 1983 and his Masters' of Science in Industrial Education from the University of Tennessee in 1986.

Mr. Sisk was hired by Pellissippi State in 1981. Previous industrial experience included:  1977 - 1980, Knoxville Iron Company, Lab Technician & Melter (Shift Production Supervisor); 1976 - 1977, U.S. Nuclear, Manufacturing Engineering Technician; 1970 - 1974, U.S. Air Force, Electrical Technician & Assistant Team Chief.
