Systems and Operations Support

Systems and Operations Support (SOS) is a department of Network and Technical Services. Network and Technical Services, in turn, is a department of Information Services.

Basically, SOS is the team responsible for running and maintaining Pellissippi State's primary computer resources. At the moment, this involves monitoring and maintaining more than 40 server systems.
