Student Life and Recreation supports and encourages diversity, personal growth and wellness through social, cultural, recreational, leadership and educational opportunities that will expand involvement with the campus community and society.

Student ID Cards are made in the Student Life and Recreation and Student Recreation Center. Each student, faculty and staff member is required to have a ID card. In order to get your card you must have your P-number. Cards are free to all PSCC students, faculty and staff. If you lose your card you will be charged a replacement fee. Connect the Pieces - is a new incentive program designed to get students involved and connected with events, resources, departments, instructors, staff, and others outside the classroom. Connect the Pieces rewards student participation in official Connect the Pieces activities on campus. Participants can pick up a small Connect the Pieces booklet at events and around campus. You must get it stamped or initialed and dated each time you connect a piece. After making a complete connection of an Activity, Resource and Connection, stop by Student Life & Recreation and choose 1 of 3 prizes. Each piece then and thereafter counts as a chance to win one of three larger prizes at a drawing at the end of the fall and spring semesters. Calendar & Bulletin Boards - Check out the Student Life online calendar and our bulletin boards for college and student life events and activities, Intramural and tournament dates and times, faculty and student collaborations, common book events, student success workshops, club activities, and more.

Panther Pause – Student Life’s newsletter Panther Pause is a great way to keep up with what’s happening on campus! Check it out on the website or in the restrooms. Just another way to get YOU connected!

iPause 411 - Check out Student Life's MYPELLISSIPPI bi-weekly video annoucement generated on You Tube. Get all the updates on campus activities and events on mypellissippi's Student Life tab.

Student Organizations - Clubs! Student Life has got them and we want to get YOU involved. Check out the club listing online http://www.pstcc.edu/departments/student_life/images/PDF%20Web%20Files/clublisting.pdf and “get in where you fit in.” And if you can’t find a place to fit in, you can start your own club. All the information is online http://www.pstcc.edu/departments/student_life/newclub.html. Existing clubs, the club manual, forms, and event approval process is right there at your fingertips.

COSA – Council of Student advocates continually represents the interests of the students and works in partnership with the Administration on decisions pertaining to the processes of education and the future of Pellissippi State Technical Community College. In addition, the Council of Student Advocates offers the students intellectual, social and cultural enrichment opportunities. Founded in Spring of 2000. COSA is the student’s voice, which is why each semester “Voice-Out” is held for students to voice their concerns, likes and dislikes on campus life. Would you like to join COSA?
