All material to be posted on a bulletin board that is in a general access area must be approved and stamped by the designated Office/individual listed below:

*Goins Building - across from lockers - first floor
*Alexander Building- across from vending machines and next to women's bathroom - first floor - Facing left off the stairs and down hallway on right - second floor
*McWherter Building - lounge area and across from copy center - first floor, by bathrooms - second floor and student lounge - third floor
Metal Strips - are for non-Pellissippi events and student or community advertisments. They require a date STAMP and approval and are cleaned off once a week.
Posters or flyers are date stamped for a two week period and will be posted no earlier than two weeks before the event. Oversized posters (over 11"x17") will be hung on gray boards beside the telephones in Goins, McWherter and Alexander buildings and metal strips upon availability.
Off campus businesses are not allowed to advertise or post materials on bulletin boards. Bulletin Boards are cleared off weekly. Any posters or flyers without a date stamp will be removed and disposed of by the designated office/individual.
