Any student with a disability, a history of a disability, or believed to have a disability may contact SSWD for assistance. Students are encouraged to seek assistance prior to enrolling for classes and may visit or call during business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST).
In order to receive services or accommodations for a disability, a student must be admitted and furnish appropriate documentation of the disability to Services for Students With Disabilities. Please print and return the (3) following documents to receive services or to request accommodations for a disability:

Students will be notified when appropriate documentation is on file and may choose to schedule a meeting with SSWD staff to arrange accommodations and/or services. An academic accommodation plan will be established. Students are responsible for delivering accommodation plans to individual instructors. Accommodation plans must be updated each semester.
