News

Welcome Back!

Big things are happening. First, please put your hands together for Claude Hardy, Assistant Professor. Claude comes to us from Lycoming College in Pennsylvania. Claude will serve as our new resident scene designer and technical director. He will also teach Introduction to Theatre and the new Stage Craft classes.

Stage Craft I is a newly minted, required course for all theatre majors in the state of Tennessee, so make sure you get signed up right away.

Secondly, Pellissippi has restarted its Arts series. This will mean more opportunities, bigger audiences, and more attention for our program. We're all going to need to step up our game to show people who we are and what we've got. First up is a big gala at the Cherokee Country Club on September 7th. We need some volunteers so contact Professor Miller if you're interested in helping out.

Congratulations:
To our Maryville College theatre scholarship recipients:

Christiane Frith
Chris Baker
Matt Lyscas
