Requests for building keys should be submitted via the Key Request Form. Once completed and the appropriate signatures have been obtained, the form should be routed to Facilities, to the attention of Travis Whitson.
You will be notified by email when the key(s) are ready to be picked up. If you are assigned to a one of our campuses, keys may be picked up at the campus cashier's office. Please be sure to specify that you would like to pick up the key(s) at this location.
In the event that issued keys are lost or stolen, please email Travis Whitson at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Replacement keys can be issued by providing a written statement explaining the circumstances, and requesting that replacement keys be issued.
