Giving to the Foundation: Ways to Give

Revocable Living Trust

Another way to make a gift to the Foundation is to include the Pellissippi State Foundation as a beneficiary of a revocable, living trust. If you wish to include the Foundation in a living trust, please contact the Foundation Office for suggested language.

A revocable living trust is a legal document that can name a donor as the trustee. An attorney can create a plan that names a successor trustee if the donor is no longer able to manage the property. The assets can be returned to the donor upon request.
