I. Cash gifts, including the following:

    a. Tangible personal property (Defined as any property, other than land or buildings, that can be seen or touched)

    1) Art and antiques (paintings, water colors, sculpture, prints, drawings, ceramics, antique furniture, decorative arts, textiles, carpets, silver, rare manuscripts, historical memorabilia, other similar objects)

2) Gems, jewelry
