Tips on Writing a Thank-You Note
Attention Student Scholarship Recipient:
Congratulations on your new scholarship supporting your studies at Pellissippi State! All Foundation Scholarship recipients are required to write a thank-you note to the donor of their scholarship (see Scholarship Regulations). Please do this immediately. A sample is provided below. You will have the opportunity to meet the donor at the fall reception that the Foundation hosts for scholarship donors and recipients. Please be sure to attend this memorable event.
Send or deliver your thank-you note to Peggy Wilson, Vice President of College Advancement and Executive Director of the Foundation, Room 210, Goins Building, Pellissippi Campus. She will forward your thank-you note to your donor. An e-mail thank-you letter is not formal enough. Please contact Ms. Wilson pwilson@pstcc.edu or the Foundation Office (see Contact Us) if you have any questions.
