There are many ways to give to support the dreams and goals of college students.
From loyalty programs at retail outlets like Kroger and Amazon to annual, planned and even in-kind giving, you can find a convenient way to give.
You can set up a recurring annual gift to the Pellissippi State Foundation. Annual giving is vital to student success, since these gifts fund student scholarships, student support services, faculty and staff development and other needs that require consistent funding.
Annual givers are recognized as members of The Pellissippi Circle:
$25,000 and above — Governor
$10,000 - $24,999 — Chancellor
$5,000 - $9,999 — President
$1,000 - $4,999 — Dean
$1 - $999 — Friend
The Pellissippi State Foundation has a program that ensures that future generations of students can achieve their educational dreams. We are proud to introduce the Legacy Society, honoring those who have designated a planned gift to the Foundation. These contributions include, but are not limited to:
Simply designating the Pellissippi State Foundation for an estate or planned gift – of any size – enrolls you as a member. As a member of the Legacy Society, you will help ensure that your support continues in perpetuity.
If you have made a provision for the Pellissippi State Foundation in your will, thank you. Let us know by completing a Legacy Society Donor Statement of Intent. The Estate Planning Information document will provide you with suggested working for bequests and our legal contact information.
If you have not yet made a provision but are interested in doing so, we welcome the opportunity to help you meet your philanthropic objectives and financial and tax goals.
Thank you for your consideration of how you can leave a lasting legacy through the Pellissippi State Foundation.
If you would like to donate in honor of, or in memory of, a special person, the Pellissippi State Foundation can meet your needs through memorial and honorary gifts, named scholarships, and even named college structures and spaces.
In-kind gifts — including equipment, supplies, services and tangible and intangible property — are important aspects of giving to Pellissippi State.
For more information, review our in-kind gift procedures and complete the in-kind gift form.
The employees of Pellissippi State already give generously of their time and effort to touch the lives of students. Through employee giving, they go above and beyond through monetary donations that fund student scholarships, equipment purchases and more.
To begin your donation, complete the employee giving form (PDF).
When you shop at Kroger or on Amazon, you can choose to give to the Pellissippi State Foundation.
Enroll in Kroger’s Community Rewards program and scan your Kroger plus card at checkout. Kroger will donate to the Pellissippi State Foundation each time you buy, with no additional cost to you. Kroger Community Rewards funds go to the Adult Student Fund.
Register to connect online purchases to the Foundation through AmazonSmile. Again, Amazon will donate to the Foundation at no additional cost to you.
The Pellissippi State Foundation does not accept crops or livestock; oil, gas or mineral rights; restricted securities; partnership interests; time-share interests; and any gifts of personal or real property that conflict with the Foundation’s mission, that would be too costly to repair or maintain or that do not withstand a property analysis.
