Process financial aid documentation; furnish information and answer questions regarding financial aid; provide technical support to the Financial Aid office in terms of report writing, web page maintenance and data extraction for automated phone calls.
Bachelor’s degree; one year of work experience to include either higher education experience and/or financial aid/business-related experience; one year experience in the use of computers and related software.

PART–TIME POSITIONS
SERVICES FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

Provide speech-to-text transcription services for students who are deaf and hard of hearing during classroom lectures and other college related activities. Temporary part–time as needed.
Professional training and certification from TypeWell required.
Services for Students with Disabilities office will provide transcriber with TypeWell hardware, software, and license.
Review begins immediately. In order to be considered, submit employment application, resume, and copy of TypeWell Certification.
Facilitate communication in the classroom and in college related activities; interpret from Sign Language to English and from English to Sign Language among deaf or hard of hearing students, instructors, and staff.
Professional training from an Interpreter Training Program and one year interpreting experience required; RID certification preferred.
