Microsoft Outlook 2016 Setup for PSCC Employee Email

Set Up Outlook 2016 from Off Campus

for PSCC employees

1. Start the Outlook program.

2. Click the File tab.

3. When the Account Information screen comes up, click "+ Add Account".

4. Fill in Your Name, your full email address, and type your PSCC password in the two blanks, then click "Next".

After you click "Next" the program should try to make the needed contact with PSCC's email server.

5. When it connects, you will be promted again for your PSCC password

If you would like Outlook to remember your password, so that you are not prompted for it each time you start Outlook, select "Remember my credentials". (This is your choice.)

6. Click OK to complete the setup

7. You will probably need to restart Outlook for the changes to take effect
