Accessibility

student using assistive technologyThe Library at the Pellissippi campus is housed in the Educational Resource Center (ERC) which is fully accessible to those with a disability. Library services are also available at the site campus ERCs and these buildings are all fully accessible.

Library and ERC staff members are available to provide assistance to any patron who has difficulty using library resources or retrieving materials due to physical limitations.  For assistance in the library, please request assistance from a staff member at the Circulation Desk or the Reference Desk.  At site locations, ask for assistance at the ERC Service Desks.

Elevators are available for transport to the second floor area where the stacks and all but one of the study rooms are located.

Assistive Technology

Accessible computers equipped with assistive hardware and software are provided by Services for Students with Disabilities Office.  They are located in the reference area on the Pellissippi campus and at ERCs on extended campuses. Students with disabilities can effectively interact with the computer using the Assistive Technology (AT) tools. For more information, please follow this link:  More about Computers with Assistive Technology.
