Overdue Materials
- No daily fines are charged for the late return of materials.
- Keeping materials past the due date will result in up to 3 overdue notices. Overdue notices are sent as a courtesy to library users.
- If the materials are not returned within 30 days of the due date, a bill request for the replacement cost of the item plus a $15.00 per item processing fee will be forwarded to Business Services.
- Failure to receive notices does not negate the library's overdue and billing policy. It is the responsibility of the library user to notify the library of any address changes.
- The library refers overdue items to Business Services for billing when items are 30 days past the due date. After an item(s) is referred for billing, processing fees will not be credited or refunded. Outstanding bills are subject to college collection procedures and any resulting collection fees.
- This overdue and billing policy applies to all borrowers.
