Distance Learners Periodical Request Form

The Library mails photocopies of articles to distance learners who reside outside the State of Tennessee at no cost to the student. 

(Distance Learning Users who reside within the State of Tennessee are eligible to  borrow or copy materials at the nearest University of Tennessee (UT), and Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) library).

Before making a request:

1.  Check the Library's Databases for the article.  The article you need may be available through the online databases:  Databases.  (You will be required to log in to use the databases:  About Logging In).

2.  Check the Online Catalog for the magazine/journal.  Make sure the journal or magazine is in the Library's collection:  Search the journal title in the Library's catalog:  Online Catalog.  If it IS in the collection, the proceed with your request.

3.  If it is not in the Library's collection, locate it at another library and make a request through Interlibrary Loan.
